Rub\u00e9n L\u00f3pez Valdez, as\u00ed como nuestro Secretario General del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sutacobaeh?__cft__%5b0%5d=AZZ8-1uyLq4b251Hi3IdDanphNS0uUxnl0vYOz8AXsyBlXkpeNvH1SBWK6SQXKaElxAYu7i_I2SNsZmftuD2PE5LMa3a_JuBwSOvRVBc32Ud21kjeHuUNaZx89rkh6TYmLW7v2fkNCmyLTHoNjLlTcluoHE0EV5SOohkXCq8l2iKtQ&amp;__tn__=-%5dK-R\"><strong>Sutacobaeh<\/strong><\/a>, Mtro.
